Often when we think of March we anticipate and are sooo ready for Springtime, but we must patiently wait until the latter part of the month for the official Spring Equinox.

During this month Mother Nature can feel like she is teasing us with warmer spring-like days. Which leads us to feel awake and alive, ready to spring out of winter, only to be quickly followed by a blast right back into cold wintry days.

It can wax and wane.

Ebb and flow.

The work we do during the winter season of hibernation, going inward, grounding, prepares us for this ride. It gives us a sense of hope for what is ahead. Nevertheless, we must understand that we have to practice patience and ride the waves of the season’s transition. There’s a chance that we think we are ready, but perhaps we simply are not as ready as we think we are. It takes time to thaw out and ensure we have the energy required for the growth and renewal of spring with the insight of knowing all the vital energy that is ahead… we must pace ourselves.

Which brings us to the intention of this month’s Yoga with the Seasons Calendar – Renewing with Patience
