I have felt pain or general unhealthy feelings for over 30 years.
I have read Dr. John Sarno’s book, ’The mind body connection” and began to realize that repressed thoughts are an underlying component. I also came across Alan Gordons book, A Way Out and it resonated. I then sourced a pain reprocessing therapist and was fortunate enough to find Adam.
Adam was amazing. His insights and techniques have brought relief to years of chronic pain and bad thinking. I don't feel stuck as I now have ways of reprocessing sensations and feelings which in the past would have sent me in a spiral.

I highly recommend Adam Bradshaw to guide someone in learning to employ Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) to address chronic pain. Not only does Adam have advanced training in the technique, but he also has such profound personal experience that he is able to recommend possible solutions for plateaus and obstacles.
I immediately felt comfortable with Adam. He is an attentive listener and incorporates what he learns about me in his approach to PRT coaching. He quickly picked up on my familiarity with mindfulness, offering books and other resources to deepen my knowledge and practice, but only after he learned how eager I am to explore such materials. Adam can take a simple experience I relay and delve into aspects I hadn’t considered, fleshing out nuances of the situation for a greater understanding on my part.
