Why Integrative Care?
- Awakened Actions’ Integrative care brings conventional and complementary approaches together in a coordinated manner to treat you beyond your symptoms alone to heal body, mind and spirit.
- We emphasize multimodal interventions (2+ interventions) including conventional health care through nutritional therapy (i.e., food as medicine) and psychological approaches like Pain Reprocessing Therapy.
- We use complementary health approaches (e.g., yoga and meditation) in various combinations for holistic mind-body medicine based solutions that not only help to relieve chronic symptoms, but also increase quality of life and well-being.
Why Awakened Actions’ Approach Works!
- Awakened Actions emphasizes treating the whole person rather than just your symptoms.
- Our integrative medicine based approach aims for well-coordinated care among our specialized practitioners. We also always take into account your primary care providers and institutions by bringing conventional and complementary approaches together to care for you as a whole person.
- We partner with clients and listen deeply to understand what you need to heal body, mind and spirit.
