Information you provide – We and our service providers collect any information that you provide, whether manually or through a connected device, when you send us an information request form, which includes but is not limited to:

questions or comments to submit, whether you wish to receive further information, and by what method of communication such information should be delivered. You are under no obligation to provide us with personally identifiable information, but without it we may not be able to provide you the services you request. You may contact us if at any time you would like to ask us about our data collection practices.

How Do We Protect Information Collected About You?

Awakened Actions and staff have in place certain security measures to protect your information. Security measures that collectively help protect your data include ensuring the Website: 1) is up-to-date preventing security vulnerabilities, 2) is hosted on secure servers by a reputable provider following best practices, 3) leverages comprehensive malware and advanced firewall protection, and 4) has HTTPS enabled for secure, encrypted data transfer via an SSL certificate. However, no information system can be 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information. Moreover, we are not responsible for the security of information you transmit to the Website over networks that we do not control, including the Internet and wireless networks. If you become aware of any breach of Website security, please notify us immediately.

From time to time, we may change our privacy practices, and this Privacy Policy, because of changes in relevant and applicable legal or regulatory requirements, our business practices, or in our attempts to better serve your needs and those of our other customers.
